First Australian type 901 ordered when Ron F. Angas sent Norman Hamilton a £2000 deposit in April ’64. Ron F Angas was also the first ever RHD Porsche customer, owning the first RHD 356 built, a Fish Silver ’51 356 Cabriolet

June ’65 build, special order steingrau duco, RHD Chassis No 3, completed off the main line at the Werk1 Factory Competition Dep’t with 4 RHD sister cars. Only 4 Australian RHD MY65 cars are known to have been manufactured with just 2 surviving today.

The first RHD 901/911 sold worldwide, Australian delivered by Hamiltons Pty Ltd, St Kilda VIC in August 1965
